What we collect

Details you submit through our forms: name, email address, telephone number, company name, role or industry, engagement type, location and your message.
If you send a CV or profile, the information contained in it.
Technical data necessary to serve the website securely (for example, your IP address in server logs).

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to run a recruitment search you have asked us to run.
To consider you for roles if you are a candidate, on the basis of the details you provide.
To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, on the performance of a contract or pre-contract steps where we are working on a role for you, and on our legitimate interests in running and improving a recruitment business. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and our legal obligations, and candidate records for up to 24 months from our last contact so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact info@hmrstaffing.co.uk and we will respond within the timescales required by law. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
