Legal
Terms
The basis on which we provide recruitment and staffing services.
Scope
These terms apply to recruitment and staffing services provided by HMR Staffing Solution Ltd. Individual engagements (a specific search, a placement, or a contract assignment) are confirmed in writing, and those engagement terms take precedence if there is any conflict with this page.
Services
- Permanent placement, temporary and contract staffing, executive search, career consulting and HR solutions.
- We act as an employment agency or employment business as the engagement requires; the nature of each engagement is confirmed in writing.
Fees and confirmation
Fees are quoted in euros unless agreed otherwise, and are confirmed in writing before work starts. Fee basis (percentage, fixed fee or hourly rate), payment terms and any replacement period are set out in the engagement confirmation. No charge is made for registering as a candidate.
Payment
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We do not take payment through this website.
Cancellation and changes
You may cancel a search or assignment by telling us in writing. Where work has already been carried out, charges for that work may still apply — the applicable terms are set out in the engagement confirmation.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee that a candidate will be found, that a role will be filled, or that a person will be offered or will accept a position. Hiring and acceptance decisions belong to the employer and the individual.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, contact info@hmrstaffing.co.uk or call +44 161 496 0582. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond in writing.
Governing law
HMR Staffing Solution Ltd is registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16525430). The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to a specific engagement are confirmed in the engagement terms; where no different basis is agreed in writing, the law of England and Wales applies.
